It's that time of year... Rhymesayers Entertainment out of the Twin Cities is holding their annual pledge drive for 90.3/106.7 KFAI. I remember when Till the Break of Dawn first started on KFAI, and the whole city would tune in every saturday night to the sounds of Slug, Eyedea, Ali, Musab, and Los Nativos talking shit, freestyling, and having fun. If you wanna support some true grassroots goodness, this is an easy way to do it. Donate on the site or by calling in during the program on Saturday from 9-11pm. When you donate, you get a hefty grab bag of goodies that includes CDs, reading materials, stickers, AND... you support the most diverse and creative public radio in the Twin Cities.
