Ar-Se-Nalll!!!! We're coming for the premiership this year.

New Stadium (RIP Highbury), better team, new sponsors, and Thierry mothafuckin Henry. I've lived and breathed Gunners life since I was 10 years old and only now can see why American sports have never held the same appeal for me. The picture above links to the wide variety of services provided by the club from insurance to greeting cards. You live for your team in football and they show you reciprocal love. When was the last time one of these narcissistic, multi-millionaire retards from the NFL, NBA, MLB, or any other American sport actually did something for their fans that wasn't either public image posturing or completely product driven? Not that Arsenal, Man U(world's largest sports franchise and owner of Yankees franchising rights), and Chelsea don't rake it in... but no American fans could ever even conceive of the electricity of a Tottenham vs. Arsenal match (or the ensuing wars fought in the streets and tube stations). They get the kids involved (Junior Gunners) and they had/have bleachers that a working man can afford to bring his kids to consistently. Here, we have soccer-moms and hockey dads that ruin their kids lives, and... Generally make the rest of us want to gauge their eyes out and strain them through the grill of their new Audi station wagon for having to listen to their ignorant rants about competition and "that local sports team" they now piss-all about. When I lived near Highbury, you had two basic daily needs, food and football. I don't see why life has to be so fucking complex now. I'll miss you Highbury, go Gunners.
